The Nature of Change: A Guided Forest Bath + Tea Ceremony
Change is part of being alive.
The forest knows this intimately. Trees release what they can no longer hold. Leaves emerge, flourish, and fall. Light shifts. Landscapes evolve. What appears still is quietly changing all the time.
We move through seasons like these, too.
Some are chosen. Some arrive unexpectedly. Some ask us to let go. Others invite us into something we cannot yet see.
The Nature of Change is an invitation to slow down and spend time with the living landscape as a reflection of our own lives.
Join forest bathing guide Heidi Camp for a gentle, sensory experience in nature. Through quiet walking, stillness, observation, and simple invitations to connect with the forest, you’ll make space to notice the changing world around you—and the changing landscape within.
Sarah Simon will close our time together with a shared tea ceremony, creating a warm and contemplative space to gather, integrate, and receive.
Tea carries its own story of transformation. Leaves change through planting, tending, harvesting, aging, and finally meeting water.
Perhaps this season is one of beginning. Perhaps it is one of releasing, grieving, becoming, resting, or simply learning to be where you are. Whatever season you are in, you are welcome here.
No previous experience with forest bathing or tea ceremony is needed. We will meet rain or shine - please come dressed for the weather.
